Mallatite Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hill & Smith Holdings PLC, is delighted to announce the acquisition of Signature Limited, including its trading divisions of Signature, Dee-Organ and Post + Column, from Plastic Omnium Environmental Holdings SAS.

Signature Limited will now operate as a subsidiary of Mallatite Limited, within the Hill & Smith group of companies.

Hill & Smith Holdings PLC is a FTSE 250 international group with leading positions in the design, manufacture and supply of infrastructure products and galvanizing services to global markets. It serves its customers from facilities principally in the UK, France, USA, Thailand, Sweden, Norway, India and Australia. The group’s operations are organised into three main business segments, Infrastructure Products – Utilities, Infrastructure Products – Roads and Galvanizing Service, with Mallatite operating within the Roads segment.
