Dave Franklin, Project Manager and also a key member of our TransCalm design team, recently took part in a charity cycling event for The Christie Charity, cycling from Manchester to Blackpool.

The event is attended by over 6000 cyclists each year and this year saw another great turnout.

This was Dave’s first time participating in the event and he managed to complete the ride in less than four and a half hours. A great achievement for Dave, which saw him raise an impressive £325 in donations and celebrate at the finish line with a well-deserved beer!

We would like to take the opportunity to congratulate Dave, his team and everyone who contributed in and towards the bike ride on Sunday 9th July. We look forward to hopefully seeing more people participate in 2018.
