A Win for Customer Service and Strategic Growth
Mallatite Limited has successfully relocated all passive operations from Tipton to its Service Centre in Chesterfield. This strategic shift underscores the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, positioning it for strategic growth into new sectors and product lines.
Enhanced customer service delivery through streamlined operations, solution options and improved logistics is the key driver in the relocation, which is part of a wider and comprehensive investment program. The facility’s enhanced production capabilities and strategic location promise faster response times and greater flexibility in meeting customer needs and supporting the wider industry.
“This relocation is all about our customers,” explains Alan Paterson, Managing Director. We're enhancing the customer experience by leveraging our expertise and production capabilities to achieve greater adaptability, ensuring we continually meet and exceed expectations in every aspect of our service.
The successful integration of operations will provide expanded opportunities, driving both product advancement and growth. As a result of the effective realignment, the company is better positioned to leverage new technologies and further improve customer excellence.
Mallatite remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. The recent transition signifies a forward-thinking approach, aimed at fostering an operational environment where growth and service are mutually aligned.
Turning Sustainable Practices into Progress
Driven by our commitment to sustainable infrastructure, we are excited to announce the launch of our remote management platform. Mallatite IoT illustrates a significant advancement that minimises environmental impact across road networks. We have created a solution that enhances our products, improves operational efficiency, and ensures the safety of both drivers and pedestrians.
The cloud-based system uses real-time monitoring to minimise on-site visits, resulting in lower maintenance costs, time savings, and reduced emissions.
As more local authorities and private finance initiatives adopt net-zero practices, Mallatite offers an innovative solution that provides real-time analytical data while contributing to environmental efforts and supporting a greener tomorrow.
