We've just completed the refurbishment of our traffic sign production facility at our Inchinnan site and are excited to introduce the Traffic Jet 1638X Printer and Mistral Laminator.

The Traffic Jet prints the signs directly onto the reflective material making  production more efficient, and enables us to offer you much shorter lead times.*

This investment also allows for very competitive prices on all types of signs.

All our signs are fully approved and CE accredited for both on and off highway.

We also manufacture a full range of energy saving BS EN 12899 compliant
LED sign lights from Type A through to Type E.

Reflective Film

  • RA2 High Intensity Beaded - For general road traffic signs complete with a 10 yr warranty*
  • R2 High Intensity Prismatic - For general road traffic signs complete with a 12 yr warranty*
  • R3B-UK Micro Prismatic - For general road traffic signs, and signs not lit by a sign light, complete with a 12 yr warranty*

Process

  • Screen Print We used special traffic inks to efficiently produce high quality standard traffic signs.
  • Vinyl Overlay We manufacture most of our directional sign plate using this method, allowing us to create a wide variety of TSRGD compliant signs.
  • TrafficJet Digital This new printer allows us to print directly on to the reflective material in all approved traffic colours.

Protection

  • POF Protective overlay film can be applied to the sign face to make it easier to clean and be more resistant to graffiti. Some of our overlay films will also minimise the effect of dew.

 

All our road signs are CE marked, where required.
